Free Mascara at Ulta on Sept 15th!
Ulta and Seventeen mag are giving away a free full size tube of mascara from Benefit in BadGal Blue on 9/15/2009. Official rules after the jump.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BENEFIT BADGAL BLUE MASCARA GIVEAWAY (October Issue): Starting September 15, 2009, bring the October 2009 cover of Seventeen or a printout of the seventeen.com home page to any participating ULTA store to receive a full-size tube of Benefit BADgal Blue Mascara (approximate retail value: $19). Eight thousand (8,000) will be given away, with an average of 24 available at each ULTA store location. No ULTA store will have fewer than 12 available. One per person. Giveaway ends October 19, 2009, or while supplies last. Once all mascaras are distributed, there will be no substitute product given away.
