It's that time of year again. The Theatre Communications Group and its partners are sponsoring Free Night of Theater 2009.  Each reservation includes two complimentary tickets to attend a participating theater across the U.S. from October 15th-31st.  I'm sure I don't have to tell you what a value that is.  75,000 tickets are up for grabs, so hurry and get yours before it's too late.  These go fast.

What can I say, I am a sucker for beauty samples. I love trying new creams, elixirs, potions, and lotions, which is why I've named Mario Badescu's sample offering, MVF of the day.

When I'm not feeling particularly adventurous, one of my favorite things to do is to relax and see a movie.  I especially love it when it's for free, and I'm sure I'm not alone.  Before they run out, get your free passes to  "Paranormal Activity," " Whip It," and "Dead of Night."

I'm back, relaxing and recuperating from my trip. I hope all of you were able to catch my Twitter updates while I was gone. If not, make sure you sign up for an account and follow me, so you won't miss out on any more great freebies. I update Twitter with posts from this blog, as well as use it as a sort of massive texting tool when I'm out of town to update everyone.  Once you sign up, you can even link your cell phone to your account, so you can get updates on the go.  If you have a smartphone, you may be able to download Twitter specific software, which makes using Twitter a breeze on your cell.
